Not sure what size table you need? We’ve got your back!

First, consider the size of your room. You want a minimum of 42″ (3.5 ft) of space on either end of the table to allow for walkways and give people enough room to comfortably pull their chairs in and out. As a general rule, your table should be at least 7 ft shorter than the total length of your conference room.

The second consideration should be the number of people who will regularly be sitting at the table at the same time. You want to make sure there’s enough room so everyone is comfortable without the table feeling too spread out. A good rule of thumb to remember is that the length of the table should roughly equal the number of people it seats. For example, a 12 ft table will comfortably seat approximately 12 people.
